Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States using Standard Economy Shipping (5-10 days). At this time, we don’t ship internationally, but we hope to sometime in the near future.

How do you ship?
Orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx.

Do you offer free shipping?
Within the United States, we offer free shipping on any order over $35.

How do I change or cancel my order?
We try to fill and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to add items to your order or prevent a package from shipping. Please feel free to reach out to our Customer Experience team and we'll do our best to get you taken care of.

What is your return policy?
We love the products we’ve made, and we think you will too. If you are not happy with the any product, you may return the item for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (minus shipping) within ninety (90) days of receipt. Please contact our Customer Experience Team for further details about returns

Can I send a gift from BrollyPet.com to my friends?
The fact that you’re asking this question signals that you’re a truly caring and giving person. You can (and should) send Brolly Pet Products as a gift to your friends and family members. Just make sure to add a new shipping address at checkout and you'll need to place individual orders if more than one shipping address is required.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

'Stripe' appears on my bank statement, what is that?
Stripe is one of our payment partners and in some cases, you may see 'Stripe' (or a variation of Stripe) on your credit card statement for the first 24 hours. Within a day, Brollytime Inc should appear on your statement in its place. If you have any questions, just reach out and we can help confirm your order.

Can I purchase Brolly Pet products at retail locations?
Yes! We are very excited about our great partnerships with 7-Eleven and B&M Homestore. Many of their locations across the US and Great Britain carry our products. Not all locations do just yet, so we recommend contacting your local stores to check for availability.
